Riverside County Hazardous Materials Business Plan Electronic Submittal Portal

Assembly Bill (AB) 2286 requires all regulated businesses to use the Internet to file required Unified Program information now filed by paper forms. This includes facility information relating to hazardous materials inventory, underground storage tanks, aboveground petroleum storage tanks, and hazardous waste generation. All regulated businesses in the State of California must use the Internet to file after January 1, 2013.

The Riverside County eReporting system has been shut down. All future Hazardous Materials Business Plans for facilities residing in the County of Riverside, City of Corona, or City of Riverside must be submitted through the California Environmental Reporting System at Please update your bookmarks appropriately.
